By now, you already know that Joy Reid, one of the dopest journalists on MSNBC, recently got axed. I was so shaken by this it brought me out of hiatus! But this episode isn't just about Joy. Its about what every Black woman leader and entrepreneur should be doing in the cultural and political climate that we currently live in.
